CORALINE 3D
Feb. 8th, 2009 11:38 pmCORALINE was wonderful.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful... and again, wonderful.
We saw it in one of the crappiest theaters around (the Mann Plant in Van Nuys), with a fairly packed house with tons of kids -- and they were mesmerized.
As expected, RealD came through, with perfect 3D imaging -- bright and deep and ghost-free. Even in a crappy suburban theater, it's fairly "set-it-and-forget-it" technology that works flawlessly with little tweaking. I'm planning on seeing the movie again, this time in Dolby3D, for comparison.
