NOGGIN

I woke up this morning with the worst headache I've ever had in my life -- I don't know if it was a migrane, as I've never had one before, but it hurt to open my eyes and I felt like falling over every time I tried to stand up.

Needless to say, I called in sick to work and went back to bed. I slept like a log for about another four hours, and now I'm feeling a little bit better, but still light-headed -- perhaps it was just a very intense allergy attack of some sort? I'm taking it easy the rest of the day.

GETTY VILLA

Last Saturday, foodpoisoningsf came into town again for a visit, and had a lovely field trip planned for us, with reservations at the newly-reopened Getty Villa in Malibu.

Along for the adventure were fidgetcub, fj, mattycub & zombietruckstop, poohbearjim & profkampf, and djmrswhite & moroccomole.

After the museum, we also stopped for some greasy fried fish & chips with a picturesque ocean view at Neptune's Net, and a quick scenic photo spot at El Matador state beach.
