Mar. 20th, 2007 03:30 pmOkay. It seems that a metric ton of LiveJournal folks are coming into town this weekend (pixelcub, joebehrsandiego, jeffnuma & pilosus, etc.).
Since we'd already been formulating some plans for Saturday and Sunday, here they are... if you're in town and want to join the fun (and/or carpool, etc.), let me know!
SATURDAY AFTERNOON/EVENING
pixelcub will be down in the O.C. visiting martini_tim and davex77. I'm going to head down there mid-afternoon so we can all have dinner. Then, we're going to head into Long Beach for yet another night of awesome karaoke at the divey-but-awesome Broadway. We might bar-crawl a little around the L.B., but for the most part it'll be all about the Broadway.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON
At noon, we're hosting a showing of Wim Wenders' UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD -- the entire five-hour version -- at our place (something thatmoroccomole and zodmicrobe and aairplane and I have been trying to plan for months). We'll probably do pizza or take-out for a lunch/dinner break at some point. Our place isn't *huge*, but we can comfortably seat a bunch of people, so let me know if you're interested.
